SHEAC
Sustainability in Higher Education Across Canada
Advancing climate action through collaboration in higher education
About SHEAC
The Sustainability in Higher Education Across Canada (SHEAC) is a grassroots, pan-Canadian network with representation from universities, colleges, sustainability offices, teaching and learning centres, and allied organizations, and brings together faculty, staff, and practitioners from across the country to advance sustainability and climate action in postsecondary education.
Through shared learning, collaboration, and collective action, SHEAC creates space for institutions to move beyond isolated efforts and work toward systemic change.
The network supports:
Cross-institutional collaboration
Knowledge sharing and dialogue
Advancing sustainability and climate education
Building communities of practice across Canada
